Join one of our workshops where we encourage creativity through the process of expression. Art has a remarkable ability to shift our perspective and cultivate a positive mindset, we encourage mindfulness, calm and creativity.

Our workshops begin with a beautiful meditation designed especially for Studio of the Sol.
Each client leaves with a sense of accomplishment, satisfaction and a rested body, mind and soul.
Bead & Breathe (18+)
You get to create your own bespoke necklace to take away with you. All our beads are cleansed to clear any energy that doesn’t belong.
We provide a beautiful selection of Apotheca by Anthia teas to suit the workshops, along with a guided meditation, and all beads and charms to create your necklace. BYO is available, and grazing boards for 2 can be purchased at the time of booking.

Plastered & Placid (18+)
These workshops make creating simple and fun, to envoke an effortless sense of calm.
In this class you will get to paint a plaster plaque from a selection of one of our curated designs. When it’s dried and sealed, you can take home your painted plaque, finished with a raffia tassel, to adorn your own space or gift to someone special. BYO is available, and grazing boards for 2 can be purchased at the time of booking.

Kids (9 - 17)
This is a kids only session - sorry, no parents allowed! We nurture a safe space for each individual to connect with their inner-self and create from within. Due to the size of the space and to enable the children to create freely, we do not allow parents to attend these workshops.
This workshop is similar to the Adults class, without the BYO or grazing board options. We provide a guided meditation, and all beads and charms to create a necklace.

Private Workshops
Perfect for hens parties, corporate functions, bonding sessions or birthday parties. These workshops are where you can book the whole session as a group - just for you and your friends.
Private bookings are for groups of 6 - 8 people.
Adult sessions run for 2 hours, and kids sessions run for 1 hour.
Gather a group of friends to create and bond over a beautiful session of Bead & Breathe or Placid & Plastered.
